On Time Mowing is an owner-operated business local to Jacksonville, Florida.   We operate Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm.  Each property is worked into a set schedule (weather permitting).  Doing so helps grass grow at a regular pace promoting a more lush lawn.  The regular weekday scheduling is also planned to help us get in and out with as little inconvenience to the homeowner as possible.  In addition, each lawn is cut with a rotating pattern, creating a healthier lawn.

Most importantly, every property On Time Mowing maintains is treated as a reflection of us.

Our properties are mowed, straight edged, trimmed and blown off on a weekly basis April-November and every other week the rest of the year.  Any bushes or similar plants that need regular trimming will be touched up or attended to as needed.  This helps assure a healthy regular growth as well as a properly maintained appearance. 

 

There is a $50 minimum per service or a set $175 monthly year round fee.  This covers most neighborhood homes in the area.  Things that could cost extra may include, having to use push mower for hard to reach places, excessive trimming around beds, walk ways, ponds, play sets, and unusually large or complex properties.

Other landscaping service are available upon request.  Examples include but are not limited to, mulching, crepe myrtle trimming/cut back, some palms, and most things under 12 feet in height.
